T°Safe’s state-of-the-art intuitive web interface iDEX is a login-based transportation management system designed for clinical studies and projects (API supply chain).

iDEX offers a project-based dashboard overview of ongoing and historic shipments. Tracking of real-time information and ordering is done easily with a couple of mouse clicks.

In order to save even more project management time and costs, iDEX disposes of universally adaptable interfaces to IVRS/IWRS or other databases (such as SAP etc.) via secured webserver for automatic booking.

iDEX is extremely adaptable.

If iDEX is connected to an IV(W)RS, it is possible, for instance, to arrange for clinical trial investigators to be supplied with drugs completely automatically. Interfaces to the leading IVRS suppliers have already been implemented. This connection – realised via a secured web server – allows automatic booking and the exchange of information in both directions. In addition, all data can be loaded in Excel.

iDEX and Quality Matters

In the course of the quality assurance, iDEX measures all the relevant performance parameters. This allows you to display entire studies and process procedures and to analyse their project data. This also makes work at international level easier and gives a maximal control over (cold chain) shipments. Furthermore for every shipment a full audit trail with login, time stamp and value change is recorded and available on CD/DVD upon request.
